Dawn Van Tilburg
As the proud owner of Anew Dawn Hair Studio, Dawn is the heart and driving force behind the salon and behind the chair. With a passion for extensions, customized color, precision cuts and formal styling, she has built a space where creativity thrives and every guest feels confident, beautiful, and cared for.
"You know you've gotten a really great hair service when strangers stop you and ask who did your hair? That is my goal!" Dawn has 24 years behind the chair, 9 years as a business owner, and has been recognized with numerous awards, including Best Hair Stylist for the Hudson Valley for Hudson Valley Magazine and the Times Herald Records Readers Choice. Outside the salon, Dawn is happiest anywhere there's water, sunshine, and nature - especially at the beach. She loves staying strong and in shape doing Crossfit and is a proud dog mom to he bully breeds, Willow and Deco (who sometimes make the best welcoming pups in the salon).

Cheryl Conklin
Throughout her 27 year career Cheryl has worked hard to hone her skills. She continues educating herself and remains as passionate about her career as she did the day she started. She is excited about all aspects of hairstyling but has developed an extra bit of passion for up styling, bobs and everything blonde! Cheryl enjoys the time she spends with her clients and strives to make them feel amazing. Shen often says, "I aim to please!" She has taught education classes and has had her work published as well as received awards from Hudson Valley Magazine and the Records Readers Choice.

Stacy Luther
Stacy has worked in the salon industry for over 15 years. The most rewarding thing for Stacy as a stylist is seeing her clients faces light up with how much they love their hair after services. She has been working most of her career at high end salons commuting to Westchester and also Greenwich CT. She finds herself planting her feet behind the chair at Anew Dawn Hair Studio to bring her back closer to home in the Hudson Valley. Stacy has an incredible eye for updo styles and formal event hair. She also has great talent for creative color, hair painting and precision cuts.

Allison Zaccaro
Allie has been in the beauty industry 5 years and is our sassy little stylist with a big quirky personality that keeps you on your toes and she's coming in hot! Her highlighting skills are wowing everyone she has had the pleasure of blonding. She is also our eyelash specialist certified through Lavish Lashes providing classic, hybrid and volume sets. Allie is eager to learn all the tips and tricks she can from our senior stylists to advance her skills and is not afraid to jump into any hair that is thrown her way!

Brittany Scherer
Brittany has been a stylist for over 15 years and joined us at Anew Dawn in 2022. She has had an exciting last few years, being newly married recently buying a home and is a new mom to her 2 sweet baby boys! She is super passionate about connecting with her clients, really getting an understanding of what vision they have for their hair and then making the best plan to achieve that look. She loves doing all kinds of coloring, especially blondes! Her haircutting talents are to die for as well! Long, short and anything in between!

Kaela Rivera
With over 10 years behind the chair, Kaela specializes in custom highlights and blonding services, creating everything from soft, lived in brightness to bold dimensional blondes. She also loves transforming hair with extensions, precision cuts, and beautifully styled finishes that leave her clients feeling confident and refreshed. As a busy mom of 3, She knows how valuable "me time" is and she is passionate about making every guest feel relaxed, heard and absolutely gorgeous when they leave her chair. When she is not in the salon, you'll find her cheering on her daughter at cheer competitions and at the baseball field watching her son hitting home runs, soaking up every proud mom moment.

Justine "B" Conklin
With 9 years in the industry, Justine joined Anew Dawn in 2024 but her journey with Dawn actually began in 2017 when she worked for Dawn as her first job in the hair industry. Being back feels like a full-circle moment, and she's so excited to continue growing in a space that feels like home. Whether she's creating seamless length and volume through extensions or delivering a clean fade, her goal is always to create looks that feel effortless and custom to each client. She prides herself on creating a comfortable, easygoing environment where clients can relax, laugh and truly enjoy their time in her chair. Outside the salon, she's a dog mom to her Frenchie, Harlow, and is currently working toward her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She loves being outdoors, thrifting, fashion, and finding the perfect music to match the vibe of her day.
